Phirni is a creamy North Indian dessert made with ground rice, milk, and sugar—served chilled in cute glasses for modern party vibes!
– 1/4 cup rice – 1 litre full-fat milk – 1/2 cup sugar – 1/4 tsp cardamom powder – A few saffron strands – Chopped nuts (pistachio, almond)
Soak rice 30 mins, grind to coarse paste—your base!
Boil milk with saffron for golden hue!
Mix ground rice in boiling milk, stir till thick. Add sugar & cardamom.
Pour phirni into glasses, chill for 2–3 hours.
Garnish with pistachios, rose petals, or silver leaf—royal & divine!
