Method:

  1. Boil milk, add rice paste, and stir continuously.

Method:

  1. Mix maida, cornflour, baking soda, and water into a batter. Ferment for 8 hours.
  2. Heat sugar and water to make syrup.
  3. Pipe swirls of batter into hot oil, fry until golden, then dip in syrup.
  4. For rabdi, simmer milk until thick, add sugar and cardamom, and top with nuts.
  5. Serve jalebis warm with chilled rabdi.

3. Coconut Ladoo (Quick & Festive)

These coconut ladoos are simple, no-cook, and bursting with flavor—ideal for a last-minute sweet treat.
