Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup yogurt (dairy or coconut)
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Food colors (saffron, green)
Frosting:
- Whipped coconut cream or dairy-free buttercream
Method:
