Dubai Chocolate Strawberries Cup

Dubai Chocolate Strawberries Cup: A no-bake dessert with layers of silky chocolate ganache, honey-soaked strawberries, and crunchy pistachios served in elegant mini cups.

Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Layer:
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries chopped small
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Dubai-Style Touch:
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut toasted if you like
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings
For Garnish:
  • 4 small whole strawberries
  • A pinch of sea salt optional but lovely

Method
 

Step 1: Prep strawberries
  1. Wash, dry, and chop strawberries. Mix with honey and lemon juice. Set aside.
    1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Step 2: Make ganache
  1. Warm cream over low heat until hot. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, coconut oil, vanilla. Wait 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

Step 3: Layer cups
  1. Spoon thin layer of ganache into 4 cups. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and coconut.

Step 4: Add strawberries
  1. Spoon honey-soaked strawberries over nut layer. Do not press down.
Step 5: Top with chocolate
  1. Pour remaining ganache over strawberries. Tap cups gently to settle layers.

Step 6: Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Step 7: Garnish & serve
  1. Top with chocolate shavings, pistachios, and a whole strawberry. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe is forgiving — play with it. Swap pistachios for almonds, add a drop of rose water to the cream, or use white chocolate for a whole new vibe.
  • The magic is in the layers, so take your time and build them with love. And if the kids help? Even better. A few messy fingers never hurt a good dessert.
